Aurora Expands into New Markets with Growing Development Portfolio

Aurora is expanding its development portfolio across Dubai with a growing presence in the luxury residential and commercial real estate sectors.

The company currently has one luxury villa available for sale at Al Wasl Mansions, while two additional luxury villas are under development in Al Wasl and Discovery Dunes, further strengthening its presence in Dubai’s premium residential market.

One of Aurora’s completed residential developments, WASL 86, is a 20,000 sq. ft. luxury private villa comprising a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof, with five bedrooms, including four bedrooms on the first floor and a guest bedroom on the ground floor. Designed around understated luxury and architectural clarity, the residence features seamless indoor–outdoor living, a high level of customisation and close integration between architecture and fit-out.

Among Aurora’s ongoing residential developments is WASL 118, a 20,000 sq. ft. luxury private villa comprising a basement, ground floor, first floor and roof, with five bedrooms, including a ground-floor guest suite. The residence is designed with premium finishes, extensive entertainment spaces, landscaped areas and advanced smart-home systems, creating a highly customised luxury living environment.

Alongside its residential developments, Aurora is also advancing its commercial portfolio with a 200,000 sq. ft. Grade-A office building in Al Jaddaf. The development comprises 11 open-floor office spaces of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. each, together with a 4,750 sq. ft. VIP rooftop open-floor office. The project combines efficient office planning with landscaped breakout areas, premium executive facilities, and a strong architectural identity.

Through these developments, Aurora continues to broaden its portfolio across strategically located residential and commercial destinations in Dubai.
