Boutique private investor and property developer Aurora has completed 20 townhouses of contemporary urban project Hyati Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai

UAE-based boutique real estate development company, Aurora Real Estate Development, has completed all of the townhouses in the 265,000 sq. ft. contemporary Hyati Residence project located in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai.

Hyati Residence I & II consists of 20 townhouses covering 2 plots (25,527 sq. ft. and 26,370 sq. ft. respectively), with each 4-bedroom townhouse consisting of a built-up area of 3,100 sq. ft. and spread over G + 2 floors.
