Aurora will create a detailed Financial Feasibility Assessment that includes a budget, cash flow and a development brief to explain potential opportunities on a particular land opportunity.
monthly financial reporting
Aurora will provide monthly detailed reports outlining the progress on the project, the project’s performance against the budget and expected returns on completion.
design review & development
Aurora will represent the Client with the Design Consultants and negotiate the price and services offered using our extensive design and construction experience to obtain the most optimum design solutions across all disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP and interior design). We will also advice our design team to provide a design that results in the most efficient site execution for the contractor minimizing wastage and improving cost savings.
project management & execution
Aurora will be heavily involved on site to oversee the construction process and ensure the Client is protected contractually, financially and the project is delivered on time.
leasing & sales process management
Aurora has extensive experience in leasing and sales with Banks, respective authorities and agents. We will manage the project to ensure the Client gets the best pricing with the least amount of agent fees, whilst negotiating all the process requirements with the relevant authorities.
asset management
Aurora will manage the Client’s assets, select the proper Owners Association, oversee the Facilities Management company and the leasing processes in the building.
